Position Overview:
As an SAP iXp Intern focused on Car Fleet Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our vehicle fleet across the LATAM region. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of activities and stakeholders, enhancing your professional skills in a global business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Car Fleet Managers in overseeing a fleet of approximately 430 vehicles across multiple countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies for the Global Car Fleet, focusing on sustainability, process standardization, and automation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for various stakeholders, ensuring accurate data for management and accounting purposes.
- Manage the administration of leasing contracts and purchased vehicles.
- Support daily operations related to car fleet management, from vehicle ordering to acquisition processes.
- Provide assistance to employees utilizing company vehicles through various communication channels.
- Act as a liaison with leasing providers, manufacturers, insurance companies, and car dealerships.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as HR, Payroll, Controlling, and Procurement.
- Engage in additional tasks related to car fleet management as required.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a proactive individual who demonstrates initiative and curiosity. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Current enrollment in a university program, with a graduation date in mid-2025 or later.
- Familiarity with vehicle leasing and purchasing processes is advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- A self-directed work ethic with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, including members from various locations.
- Problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset to navigate complex challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
