SAP iXp Internship

Position Overview:

As an SAP iXp Intern focused on Car Fleet Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our vehicle fleet across the LATAM region. This internship is designed for current university students who are eager to contribute to innovative projects and gain hands-on experience in fleet administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Car Fleet Managers in overseeing a diverse fleet of approximately 430 vehicles across various LATAM countries.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing fleet performance, sustainability, and process optimization.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders, ensuring accurate data for management and accounting purposes.
• Manage the administration of vehicle leasing agreements and ownership documentation.
• Support daily operations related to fleet management, including the complete lifecycle from vehicle acquisition to end-user support.
• Act as a point of contact for employees utilizing company vehicles, providing assistance through various communication channels.
• Engage with leasing partners, manufacturers, insurance providers, and car dealerships to facilitate fleet operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as HR, Payroll, Controlling, and Procurement to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in a global team environment, contributing to various fleet management tasks.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking individuals who demonstrate initiative, resilience, and a passion for learning. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Current enrollment in a university program, with an expected graduation date in mid-2025 or later.
• Knowledge of vehicle leasing and purchasing processes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is essential; Portuguese skills are a plus.
• A self-directed work ethic with a strong focus on customer service.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse locations.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
