Position Overview

As a Logistics Sales Specialist at SuperStaff, you will take charge of nurturing relationships with both carriers and clients to ensure the seamless transport of goods from their point of origin to their final destination. Your role will also involve overseeing carrier partnerships and negotiations to drive profitable operations and expansion for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow your own portfolio of clients.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation capabilities and a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
  • Possess a solid understanding of industry regulations, trends, and processes to mitigate risks.
  • Analyze data effectively to make informed business decisions.
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and organizational prowess.

Compensation and Benefits

Enjoy an indefinite contract in Colombia with comprehensive benefits, a hybrid work model, and a commission-based salary structure. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, following the American calendar.
