ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a CRM Solutions Specialist to lead the implementation of our Pipeline Management Service. The successful candidate will be instrumental in evaluating our clients' current CRM frameworks, redesigning pipeline stages, establishing operational playbooks, and implementing automation, workflows, and reporting systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and review clients' existing CRM configurations.
  • Redesign and structure pipeline stages to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Develop and execute playbooks for optimized CRM functionality.
  • Design and implement automation and workflows within CRM systems.
  • Facilitate reporting automation to provide insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance the Pipeline Management Service offering.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience in CRM implementation, particularly with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the capability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
