Key Responsibilities
  • **Generate New Leads**: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads through various channels and qualify them for insurance products.
  • **Nurture Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • **Understand Client Needs**: Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions to meet their needs.
  • **Prepare and Present Insurance Proposals**: Develop and present insurance proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products.
  • **Negotiate and Close Sales Deals**: Negotiate and close insurance sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • **Maintain Accurate Sales Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports, providing insights into sales performance.
  • **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, ensuring NeoWork remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
  • **Experience in Insurance Sales**: At least 1+ years of proven experience in insurance sales, with a strong understanding of insurance products and industry knowledge.
  • **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • **Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated**: Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • **Proficiency in Insurance Products**: Proficiency in insurance products and industry knowledge, with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • **Strong Negotiation and Closing Abilities**: Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with the ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
  • **Computer and Internet Requirements**: Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity, with proficiency in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
