SuperStaff is seeking a dedicated Carrier Sales Consultant to play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. In this position, you will focus on fostering and nurturing new client relationships, which are essential for driving our business forward. Your main objective will be to achieve and surpass sales goals through the effective marketing and selling of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, cultivate, and sustain new client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed designated sales objectives.
  • Showcase and advocate for Charger Logistics' services and products to prospective clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and address any inquiries or challenges.
  • Design and present persuasive sales pitches.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and finalize sales agreements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and customer onboarding.
  • Remain informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in sales and account management within the logistics and transportation sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient negotiation and closing skills.
  • Capability to forge and sustain robust client relationships.
  • Results-oriented and driven by objectives.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
