Logistics Sales Representative

Join SuperStaff as a Carrier Sales Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our business by identifying, cultivating, and sustaining new client relationships. Your main objective will be to achieve and surpass sales goals through effective marketing and sales of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, and sustain new client relationships.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives and targets.
- Promote and present SuperStaff's offerings to prospective clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Negotiate agreements and finalize sales transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of sales orders and seamless client onboarding.
- Remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in sales and account management within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Capability to establish and maintain robust client relationships.
- Results-oriented and goal-focused mindset.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
