Customer Service Lead/Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead/Office Admin to serve as our front-line contact, ensuring seamless communication with customers and supporting our administrative team. This role involves managing inbound calls, scheduling, assisting with customer inquiries, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Schedule new estimates and communicate delays or changes in arrival times.
- Handle customer callbacks and complaints, routing them to the appropriate team members and following up for timely resolution.
- Process W9 and insurance requests, along with certificates of installation.
Administrative Support:
- Order dumpsters, manage permit requests, and coordinate job-specific needs.
- Track and report lead sources, maintain revenue/margin trackers, and update job reports.
- Populate takeoff sheets, pictures, and inventory lists as required.
Accounts Receivable Support:
- Compile daily customer payment reports and follow up on outstanding invoices, processing deposits with clients.
- Follow up on payments over the phone and process payments.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint), Google Sheets, and Zoom, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in managing customer interactions are essential. Prior experience in customer service or office administration roles is preferred.
Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is up to $1,500 USD per month.
