Salary
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as performance bonuses and share plan opportunities.
Job Description
The facilities team is essential for creating a productive and efficient work environment. As an Office Manager, you will oversee office facilities, coordinate purchasing activities, and maintain supplier relationships. You will also ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and management of office facilities to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
- Coordination of purchasing activities, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and maintenance of supplier relationships to ensure the best service and pricing.
- Provision of exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handling of administrative tasks such as scheduling and supporting the planning and execution of office events and meetings.
- Management of the office reception, including receiving visitors, maintaining contact with the building reception, handling correspondence, and other related tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assistance to Finance, Human Resources, and People Experience teams with administrative and operational support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in English (B2 level).
- Strong experience in purchasing and supplier management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
