**Job Description:**
We are seeking an exceptional Client Service Team Lead to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Red Carpet treatment to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires a proven track record of success in meeting deadlines, managing time, and leading a team of Client Service Coordinators.
**Responsibilities:**
• Create and execute comprehensive training programs for new team members
• Facilitate weekly team meetings to review questions and process updates
• Lead team members in adhering to standard processes and procedures
• Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the firm's services, policies, and immigration processes
• Update client records in the law firm's database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with Team Leads and colleagues to resolve client issues and escalate complex matters as necessary
• Follow up with clients to gather necessary documents, information, or signatures to comply with immigration requirements
**Requirements:**
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Friendly and empathetic customer service skills
• Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns accurately
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Leadership experience and knowledge of project management software
• Negotiation skills and creative thinking abilities
