Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Bogotá, Colombia. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and register guests, explaining hotel amenities and services
- Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining billing
- Respond to a wide variety of guest requests, accurately assessing needs and adding personal touches
- Assist in managing the front desk team, ensuring guests have a smooth and pleasant experience
- Ensure rooms are cleaned to Four Seasons Lead with Care standards, managing labor and expense budgets
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous front desk or front office experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to constant change
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good computer skills, especially Excel proficiency; knowledge of OPERA and cashiering preferred
