Job Title: Customer Service Excellence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Excellence Lead to join our team at Adidas. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying strategies to deliver exceptional customer service levels, while establishing an effective and efficient framework for the Sales Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy strategies to deliver exceptional customer service levels, aligning with Region objectives and adidas group standards.
  • Establish an effective and efficient framework for the Sales Operations organization, ensuring smooth interaction between Wholesale, Marketing Departments, and Supply Chain.
  • Lead the end-to-end Sell-out data flow, from data gathering to data usage, and ensure execution in-store.
  • Support the Sales Director in developing and implementing Long Term Sales Strategies, focusing on profitable growth and adherence to Global Wholesales Policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Support areas.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge, including company policies and practices.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
