Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Strategy Manager to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to meet sales and retention budgets.
- Lead high-performance teams and motivate colleagues to achieve excellent results.
- Execute value proposals presented and accepted by clients.
- Meet customer satisfaction survey result indicators.
- Financial administration of client portfolio and business lines.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in the insurance or insurance brokerage industry, with a focus on customer service and budget results.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Technical knowledge of insurable benefits programs, including life insurance, prepaid medicine, and health insurance.
