Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Strategy Manager to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to meet sales and retention budgets.
  • Lead high-performance teams and motivate colleagues to achieve excellent results.
  • Execute value proposals presented and accepted by clients.
  • Meet customer satisfaction survey result indicators.
  • Financial administration of client portfolio and business lines.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in the insurance or insurance brokerage industry, with a focus on customer service and budget results.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Technical knowledge of insurable benefits programs, including life insurance, prepaid medicine, and health insurance.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
