Podium81 is committed to empowering local businesses with innovative technology. We're seeking a skilled Business Development Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Medellín, Colombia.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely and accurate support to Podium customers through various channels, including chat, email, phone, and Podium tools.
- Become an expert in Podium products, both at a technical and customer use-case level, to deliver effective resolutions and maximize customer value.
- Collaborate with internal departments to increase customer engagement, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to retaining customers long-term.
**Requirements:**
- MUST speak English fluently.
- Available to provide services within U.S. business hours.
- Geographically based in Medellín, Colombia, and committed to working onsite at our office.
- 2-3 years of experience providing SaaS customer support to businesses, with examples of influencing customers positively.
- Demonstrated background in supporting multiple online software or SaaS products and/or IT experience.
