Drive Sales Growth at Sprocket International
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at Sprocket International. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by cultivating strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities within the Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Mid-Level sector.
About the Role:
You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, representing Kaseya's products and services, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and solutions tailored to their specific security needs. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting, nurturing, and closing new accounts in the assigned territory, achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for closed/won business, and developing subject matter expertise in our solution stack.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in a sales environment.
- High energy, gritty, driven, passionate about sales and your customers, and eager to earn significant sales commissions.
- A proven record of accomplishment of crushing sales goals.
- Accountable to your goals and drive success through Metrics and KPI's.
- A motivated, coachable, and competitive enterprising person, a resilient achiever driven to win and excel.
- An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exposure to CRM applications to successfully manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
What You'll Bring:
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
