SuperStaff is a leading provider of customer support solutions, seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Based in Medellin, Colombia, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company and contribute to the success of our pharmacy clients specializing in endocrinology products.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual to provide exceptional customer support via inbound and outbound calls, chat, or email. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on their medications. Your duties will include:
- Interacting with customers via text, telephone, email, online chat to provide support and information on assigned products or services;
- Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and communications received through any Line of Business (LOB) phone, text message, email, or other customer service departments as operational needs dictate;
- Collaborating with internal teams within SuperStaff to ensure timely and effective resolutions;
- Maintaining customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments;
- Using knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or forward to the appropriate staff.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong analytical and technical skills;
- Proficiency in English language;
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
