Logistica Worldwide USA is seeking a highly motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team in Medellín, Colombia.
About the RoleThis is a full-time and part-time position available, with a flexible schedule based on US hours. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers via phone and email to promote our logistics services.
Key Responsibilities- Call and email prospective customers from a provided list of leads to discuss their needs and promote our services.
- Identify potential customers through self-generated internet searches and databases to expand our reach.
- Set appointments with businesses interested in learning more about our logistics solutions and persuade them to purchase our services by highlighting their specific pain points.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including names, addresses, and follow-up actions using the Salesforce CRM.
- Make 150+ calls per day and adapt to different personalities and situations to build instant rapport with customers.
- Stay motivated and handle rejection positively, demonstrating self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- No prior experience necessary; we're looking for someone motivated to learn and grow with our company.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics-related field is preferred.
- Proficient English skills (B2+ or higher) are required.
- A competitive salary of $7,000 - $15,000 USD per month, depending on position.
- A full-time and part-time schedule with no more than 48 hours per week.
