">Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a full-time remote Customer Support Agent who will be part of our customer support team, providing front-line support to English-speaking, Spanish-speaking, and Russian-speaking drivers and fleet managers located in the USA and Canada. As a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will proactively identify areas for product/service improvements and participate in implementing solutions to increase customer satisfaction, user growth, and retention.

- You must be a fluent, clear, and concise communicator in English, Russian, and Spanish.">
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or sales role servicing English-speaking customers.">
- You are tech-savvy and familiar with basic smartphone/tablet configurations.">
- You will need reliable access to high-speed internet and provide your own laptop or desktop computer with a headset (required for making/receiving phone calls from our Helpdesk/CRM).">
