Global Business Development Manager

As a Global Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in new markets, including finance, insurance, healthcare, and software development, while fostering relationships with customers seeking global Employer of Record (EOR) solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new industries, focusing on global EOR services, and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Lead Generation: Independently source and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools, ensuring a robust pipeline for sales growth.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless handoffs to account management and driving revenue growth.
- Client Education: Clearly articulate the value of global EOR solutions, addressing industry-specific needs and pain points, and develop targeted messaging to resonate with potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with company objectives, driving cross-functional collaboration and achieving business goals.

Requirements:
- Studies: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and independently generating leads.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with industries like BPO, global hiring, hiring agencies, and selling to US companies from Colombia.
- Languages: Advanced English skills (B2+ or higher).
We offer:
- Salary: COP $7,000,000 - COP $9,000,000 per year.
- Contract: Indefinite term contract with benefits.
- Location: Medellin, Colombia.
