We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Colombia. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers through strategic outreach efforts.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is fluent in both English and Portuguese to join our highly successful Latin America sales team. You will work closely with our Account Executives to identify potential customers and develop targeted outbound prospecting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to engage leads
  • Qualify outbound-sourced leads based on defined criteria and determine their potential as customers
  • Schedule qualified leads for follow-up discovery meetings with your account executives to further assess their business and potential for partnership with HubSpot
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native language fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Authorization to work in Colombia
  • Experience working with/in the Brazilian market
  • A strong desire to grow your career in tech sales and develop into a future account executive
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
