Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000

About the Role:

This is a leadership position responsible for managing a high-performing team of Sales Executives in our expanding Colombia sales operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas.
  2. Lead and mentor a dynamic workforce to ensure they are seen as trusted advisors to customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Support Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
  4. Manage pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue-generating opportunities for customer accounts.
  5. Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to ensure high closure rates and opportunity identification.
  6. Engage at the C-level in customer organizations.
  7. Develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team.
  8. Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to Area Sales Management.
Requirements:
  1. Consistent track record in building and managing high-performance teams.
  2. Able to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix/multi-product sales environment.
  3. Experience selling transformational technology solutions to major Enterprise customers.
  4. Previous experience in solution sales (especially Software/SaaS/Cloud).
  5. Strong demonstrated and proven sales leadership experience, managing teams working with complex customers.
  6. Prior people management experience.
  7. Passion for building a growing and diverse team.
  8. Proven ability to create and inspire high-performing teams.
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally).
