Global Sales Director

About the Role:This is a leadership position responsible for managing a high-performing team of Sales Executives in our expanding Colombia sales operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic workforce to ensure they are seen as trusted advisors to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
- Manage pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue-generating opportunities for customer accounts.
- Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to ensure high closure rates and opportunity identification.
- Engage at the C-level in customer organizations.
- Develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team.
- Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to Area Sales Management.
- Consistent track record in building and managing high-performance teams.
- Able to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix/multi-product sales environment.
- Experience selling transformational technology solutions to major Enterprise customers.
- Previous experience in solution sales (especially Software/SaaS/Cloud).
- Strong demonstrated and proven sales leadership experience, managing teams working with complex customers.
- Prior people management experience.
- Passion for building a growing and diverse team.
- Proven ability to create and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally).
