Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team in the Brazilian market. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and developing outbound prospecting strategies to engage leads.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work closely with account executives to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales approaches. You will conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
Main Responsibilities:- Qualify outbound-sourced leads based on defined criteria and determine their potential as customers
- Schedule qualified leads for follow-up discovery meetings with account executives to further assess their business and potential for partnership with HubSpot
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for outbound prospecting efforts
To be successful in this role, you will need to have native language fluency in Portuguese and authorization to work in Colombia. Previous experience working with/in the Brazilian market is also required. Additionally, you should be excited about career growth in tech sales and developing into a future account executive on the HubSpot Sales team.

We offer a competitive salary range of 113,000,000 - 140,000,000 COP Annually, which includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
