Enterprise Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Business Development Specialist to join our team in Bogota. This individual will be responsible for driving growth and revenue expansion by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage sales engagement tools to generate new customer meetings within target verticals or account lists.
- Identify and qualify inbound leads, converting them to customer meetings for the sales teams.
- Manage leads in Salesforce, qualifying and dispositioning as needed.
- Employ creative thinking and AI toolsets to improve outreach and demand generation efforts within target accounts.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Some college or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a 'no-excuses' mentality.
- A high energy level and intensity, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and achieving sales targets.
- 6-12 months of experience in a similar position.
