Position Overview: As a Senior Vendor Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our vendor acquisition strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Vendor Recruitment: Proactively identify, engage, and recruit Lawn Pros and Pool Pros across the nation through various outreach methods including calls, emails, and texts.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with vendors, effectively communicating the advantages of partnering with our platform.
  • Sales and Conversion: Employ effective sales techniques to transform leads into active vendors, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly recruitment goals.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to strategically enhance our recruitment initiatives.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure meticulous records of vendor interactions, maintain updated databases, and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics.
  • Vendor Support: Address vendor inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
  • Industry Experience: Familiarity with recruiting Lawn Pros or Pool Pros, or knowledge of the property management and home services sectors is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vendor acquisition.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service roles.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively to meet objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
