Role Overview:
As a crucial member of our People Function, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle and facilitate the onboarding of new talent into the organization. Collaborating closely with the Head of People and Recruitment Lead, your goal will be to attract top-tier talent and ensure a smooth transition for new hires into Aimpoint Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling in alignment with candidate availability and our teams' busy calendars.
- Collaborate with teams across various regions to conduct candidate interviews.
- Maintain and manage our recruitment database to ensure a steady flow of candidates through the hiring process.
- Facilitate access for new employees and ensure their effective onboarding into the organization.
- Organize onboarding schedules and training sessions globally.
Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about recruitment and onboarding, as these areas are vital for the ongoing success of Aimpoint Digital. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Over 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or human resources.
- More than 3 years of experience in scheduling and managing calendars across different time zones.
- Experience collaborating with US-based companies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral, verbal, and listening), with proficiency in English.
- Experience with recruitment CRM platforms such as Workable, Breezy, Gem, etc.
- Background in a technology company is advantageous.
This position is designed to be fully remote, providing flexibility while allowing for collaboration with our global team.
