Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Vendor Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and building relationships with vendors nationwide. Your expertise will help us expand our network and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Acquisition: Identify and recruit vendors through targeted outreach, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with vendors, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the recruitment process.
  • Sales and Conversion: Utilize your persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into active vendors, meeting or exceeding monthly recruitment targets.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform our recruitment strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, update databases, and provide regular reports on recruitment progress.
  • Customer Service: Address vendor inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of vendor acquisition experience, preferably in the property management and home services industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills: Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service roles, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
