Key Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in our People Function, overseeing the comprehensive recruitment process and facilitating the onboarding of new talent into the organization. You will collaborate closely with the Head of People and the Recruitment Lead to ensure we attract and retain top talent, provide robust support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey, and ensure a smooth integration for new hires into Aimpoint Digital.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating interview schedules based on candidate availability and the dynamic calendars of our teams.
  • Collaborating with teams across various regions to conduct candidate interviews.
  • Maintaining our recruitment database to ensure a steady flow of candidates through the hiring process.
  • Facilitating access for new employees and ensuring their proper onboarding into the organization.
  • Coordinating global onboarding schedules and training sessions.

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about recruitment and onboarding, as these are vital components of Aimpoint Digital's ongoing success. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit. Key qualifications include:

  • Over 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or human resources.
  • More than 3 years of experience in scheduling and managing calendars across different time zones.
  • Experience working with companies in the United States.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral, verbal, and listening), with proficiency in English.
  • Experience with recruitment CRM platforms such as Workable, Breezy, Gem, etc.
  • Experience in a technology company is advantageous.
