Job Description

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Ser el punto de contacto principal para atender necesidades, resolver inquietudes y reclamos de clientes, actuando como enlace entre las áreas involucradas para garantizar respuestas oportunas y confiables.
  • Procesar pedidos de clientes de manera adecuada y dar seguimiento necesario para asegurar entregas completas y a tiempo.
  • Ingresar reclamos en SAP para clientes locales.
  • Seguir el proceso de resolución de reclamos de clientes locales y de la región Andina, enviando comunicaciones necesarias a los clientes.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de requisitos y documentos de importación solicitados por clientes en la región, según los requisitos de cada país.
  • Actuar como primer contacto de afiliadas proveedoras en relación con pedidos y requisitos de clientes.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la cadena de suministro.
  • Resolver inquietudes y reclamos de clientes, colaborando con todas las áreas relevantes para ofrecer respuestas oportunas.
Job Requirements

EDUCACIÓN

  • Profesional en administración, comercio exterior, ingeniería o áreas relacionadas.
  • Inglés intermedio.
