Apollo XCM is seeking a dedicated 'Patient Engagement Specialist' who will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and conduct follow-up reminder calls.
- Collect and verify patient details, including contact information, insurance data, and medical history.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Address patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate medical personnel, ensuring all concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including electronic filing, payment processing, and invoice generation.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and suggest improvements to existing processes.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Professional or Technologist degree with relevant experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with a strong command of both written and spoken forms (C1 level or higher in English is mandatory).
- Previous experience in roles such as Patient Representative, Executive Assistant, Front Desk Agent in hospitality, Customer Service Representative, or similar positions in BPO.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Enjoyment in engaging with diverse individuals.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with startup environments is a plus.
