About Apollo XCM LLC
Apollo XCM is dedicated to enhancing patient experiences through effective communication and support. We are seeking a 'Patient Relations Specialist' who will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth interactions between patients, their families, and our medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient appointment scheduling and conduct reminder outreach.
  • Collect and verify patient information, including contact details, insurance data, and medical records.
  • Maintain and update patient databases to ensure accuracy.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate medical staff, and follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as electronic filing, payment processing, and invoice generation.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and suggest improvements to existing processes.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Professional or Technologist degree with relevant experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with a minimum English level of C1, is essential as all communications will be conducted in English.
  • Previous experience in roles such as Patient Representative, Executive Assistant, Front Desk Agent in hospitality, Customer Service, or BPO sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Enjoyment in working collaboratively with diverse individuals.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with startup culture is a plus.
