Key Responsibilities

What you will accomplish as a Customer Service Associate:

  • Address all customer inquiries effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by demonstrating active listening skills.
  • Handle sensitive customer information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Strive to resolve customer issues during the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our client's offerings, services, and promotions.
  • Accurately document and update customer records in the necessary systems.

Qualifications

  • A high school graduate (diploma or certificate required).
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities.
  • A courteous and empathetic individual who can relate to others' feelings and perspectives.
