Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Fostering positive and enduring relationships with clients
  • Efficiently managing and following up on customer inquiries
  • Staying informed about general market trends
  • Handling sensitive customer information with care
  • Implementing the latest customer satisfaction techniques
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve team performance

To thrive in this position, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level required for both)
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality sector
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible demeanor
  • A personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
