A Day in the Life

  • You will provide timely and effective support to end-users via various communication channels, including email, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve end-user reported issues related to the CRM system and associated capabilities.
  • You will regularly communicate progress and status updates to end-users and other internal departments.
  • You will direct end-users to additional resources, including documented information, reference materials and self-service tools as appropriate.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Commercial IT, to escalate and address complex technical issues requiring specialized expertise.
  • You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge articles, and FAQs to support self-service resources for end-users.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree administrative areas
  • 2 years of relevant experience direct end-user support, training, and documentation with CRM, providing customer focused support or related
  • Fluent in English level
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, and Excel, and willing to use new applications/tools
  • Excellent diagnostic, problem solving and issue resolution ability

Nice to haves

  • Working knowledge of
  • Working knowledge of Conga CPQ
  • Experience in healthcare industry
