Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Sales Assistant to aid our sales team in overseeing client orders, vendor communications, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience with CRM platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite. This role is vital for ensuring seamless sales operations and delivering outstanding support to our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Process and manage orders from external sales representatives and clients, ensuring precision and timely execution.
  • Vendor Relations: Engage with vendors to ascertain pricing, negotiate conditions, and oversee product availability.
  • Quote and PO Generation: Develop and manage quotes and purchase orders (POs) in alignment with client requirements and sales representative requests.
  • Calendar Management: Assist in organizing the sales representative's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, record maintenance, and CRM oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative capacity is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in email management, CRM software, and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
