The Logistics Sales Specialist will have the capability to promote a comprehensive range of products and services, including sea freight, air freight, road freight, customs brokerage, and insurance solutions. You will be assigned a specific portfolio of accounts as determined by the Country Sales Team Lead. Your primary focus will be on driving new business growth and ensuring complete account retention within your designated portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
What will you accomplish as a Logistics Sales Specialist?
• Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through virtual meetings, phone communications, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Teams to ensure timely responses to all client inquiries.
• Work alongside colleagues across the organization to exchange knowledge and best practices.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in the logistics market.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the sales process from initiation to completion using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company offerings.
• Utilize all available resources to meet sales objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that surpasses client expectations.
Qualifications
• Experience in selling and promoting transportation solutions to both new and existing clients, following up on sales inquiries to enhance company visibility and increase revenue.
• Proven track record in sales with a strong understanding of transportation products and services.
• Skills: Persuasion, Negotiation, Client Communication, and Customer Management.
• Strong customer focus with experience in client-facing roles within the service industry.
• Proficient in PC operations and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• An undergraduate degree or college certificate is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a minimum B2 level in English.
• Effective presentation and customer relations skills, complemented by strong listening abilities.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
