About you and this job

Dow has a great opportunity as Support the commercial organization, which includes pre/post-sales support to sales teams, such as data analysis, tracking, and reporting activities.

 Responsibilities

Collaboration with forecasts and sales plans processes.

Follow up custom.er orders to ensure sales estimates are met; support critical orders 'accounts evolution.

Guardian Of business figures to support the commercial team; collaborative work with different business units/regions/functions to optimize results.

 Active participation in regional meetings providing an overview of the business situation,

Allocation Management: guarantee allocated volumes are covered.

Participate in business readiness and improvement projects activities. Follow up and support all updates on CRM (Customer relationship management).

Collaborate with contracts (distribution/rebate) development, execution and formalization in contract tool.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and business administration or related fields.

Language's proficiency: English (Intermediate) & Spanish (Advanced).

Teamwork.

Ability in generate reports to support commercial decisions.

Communications skills.

Analytical mindset.
