Horario de Trabajo: Lunes a Viernes, 9:00 AM a 5:00 PM (EST)

MyVA Support, Inc. está en búsqueda de un Asistente Virtual comprometido y meticuloso para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en la entrada de datos, tareas administrativas y gestión de CRM, con una fuerte preferencia por aquellos con un trasfondo en el sector inmobiliario. Este rol requiere excelentes habilidades organizativas, capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y un alto nivel de competencia en inglés.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar tareas de entrada de datos de manera precisa y eficiente.
  • Gestionar y actualizar sistemas de CRM.
  • Encargarse de diversas tareas administrativas como programación, gestión de correos electrónicos y preparación de documentos.
  • Asistir en la gestión de tareas y proyectos relacionados con el sector inmobiliario.
  • Proporcionar apoyo al equipo según sea necesario.


Requisitos
  • Experiencia comprobada como Asistente Virtual o en un rol relevante.
  • Familiaridad con sistemas de CRM y prácticas de entrada de datos.
  • Experiencia en la industria inmobiliaria es altamente preferida.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
  • Alto nivel de competencia en inglés (tanto escrito como hablado).
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y cumplir con los plazos.
  • Conexión a internet confiable y un entorno adecuado de oficina en casa.
