We are now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive - Americas to join our Medellin-based team in our efforts to make the world a healthier and fitter place. We are looking for someone who will help us grow market share in North America; close deals with the largest fitness chains in North America; help us shape our sales strategy; communicate effectively on different levels within the prospect account; and wants the prospect to become a successful customer and ambassador of Virtuagym.

Our Medellín office started in the north part of the city in an amazing and eco-friendly building called Ruta N, known as a center of innovation for the city. It was created by the city to promote the development of innovative technology-based businesses. After two years of significant growth, we have moved our office to the lush hillside of the upscale El Poblado neighborhood with amazing views of the entire city and easy access to Medellin’s most influential commercial centers. Our primary focus from the Medellín office is to manage the North and South American market.

What Is It All About?

It is our mission to become a top player in the North American and Latin American markets. Our Enterprise Sales Team is a relatively new department at Virtuagym focused on managing an end-to-end sales process (from prospecting to close) that targets the biggest players in the Gym space. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales
    • Sell to Gym chains ranging in size from 5 to 1000 locations
    • Leading a full (complex) sales cycle (3-12 months) and involve internal and external stakeholders to meet monthly and quarterly targets
    • Understand stakeholder and account needs, and consult on how Virtuagym will help them become more successful
    • Make use of network of existing customers, partners and colleagues to always move the deal forward to a next stage
    • Run online product demos and meetings
    • Prospecting activities to generate new pipeline (e.g. account research, social selling, proactive e-mail outreach, cold calling); this will be the majority of your time in the first 3-6 months
    • Closely work together with Enterprise Marketeer to align Account Based Marketing activities with your pipeline and target accounts
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce following our sales process
    • Team up with other enterprise account executives on deals to reach department & individual targets
    • Lead & responsible for RFI and RFP processes & responses
    • Participate in events (e.g., conferences) to facilitate relationship building and sales
  • Other activities
    • Work actively with product to submit development requests
    • Work closely with Key Accounts team to run successful Experience Programs/Pilot programs; to ensure successful implementations and discuss forecast of expected sales.
    • Will also ensure high quality onboarding of new colleagues
    • Coaches team members to meet departmental duties and client expectations

Qualifications

Who are you?

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, running the full sales cycle (3-9 months)
  • Preferably Software/SaaS experience
  • Graduate with at least a Bachelor’s degree
  • Comfortable with working in a fast changing environment (flexibility and creativity needed)
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and generate new business as part of the job
  • Someone who can help to improve and provide feedback on our current sales strategy and process
  • Someone who is a team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (native) in English is a must, and fluency in Spanish would be a plus
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing and persistent personality
  • Affinity with Fitness is a plus
