We are a growing SaaS company providing innovative software solutions to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical service contractors in the U.S. market. Our software helps streamline operations, increase efficiency, and drive growth. We are looking for motivated and skilled account executives to join our team in Colombia and help expand our customer base.
Job Summary:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our SaaS solutions to service contractors in the U.S. market. You will prospect, make cold calls, and connect with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process.
This role involves presenting virtual demos, handling negotiations, and closing deals—all in a remote setting.
We are looking for someone with native-level English proficiency, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential customers within the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical contractor space.
- Make outbound calls to schedule virtual demos and meetings with key decision-makers.
- Conduct online product demos via Zoom and Microsoft Teams, explaining how our software can solve operational challenges for contractors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a consultative sales approach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Qualifications:
- Native-level English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in SaaS sales or selling to service contractors (preferred but not required).
- Ability to conduct online product demos and present technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in outbound sales, including cold calling and prospecting.
