Somos una empresa de Outsorcing de Servicios que prestamos acompañamiento en Contratación de personal a compañías norteamericanas para laborar desde la ciudad de Medellin.
Descripción generalBuscamos un Account Executive bilingüe, con al menos un año de experiencia relacionada, experiencia en venta directa y pasión por el marketing digital.
Responsabilidades:- Desarrollar y gestionar nuevas asociaciones con clientes, con el objetivo general de impulsar las ventas y el crecimiento de los ingresos a través de la prospección específica y estrategias eficaces de gestión de socios.
- Llamadas entrantes y salientes: Llegar a los clientes/realizar llamadas en frío, así como recibir llamadas entrantes de clientes potenciales para responder a sus consultas y detallar nuestros servicios/paquetes.
- Crear presentaciones de productos convincentes y perspicaces.
- Realizar demostraciones virtuales de las principales características y ventajas de los programas.
- Comunicar claramente las propuestas de valor a los clientes potenciales.
- Entablar contacto con clientes potenciales, guiándoles a través del proceso de venta.
- Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de todas las actividades de venta.
- Inglés avanzado B2+/C1.
- Al menos dos años de experiencia en venta directa, preferiblemente en agencias de marketing.
- Modalidad: Presencial.
- Contrato indefinido.
- Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m.
