About the Role:

This full-time entry-level role involves conducting thorough property due diligence utilizing various online resources, including Google and county websites, as well as making calls to verify and collect necessary information. After completing your research and gathering the required documents, you will compile comprehensive reports to deliver to our clients. This function is crucial in facilitating real estate transactions, and we seek detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication and computer skills to ensure smooth closings for our clients.

Position Type and Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
  • Work Environment: Initially onsite for training, transitioning to a fully remote role after successful training completion.
  • Job Type: Full-time following training.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Homeowners Associations and Management Companies to gather relevant property data.
  • Acquire specific, time-sensitive documentation.
  • Prepare detailed reports based on research findings.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation:

The starting pay rate is competitive, with additional benefits and opportunities for monthly bonuses based on performance metrics.

Training and Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in a customer service role, particularly over the phone, is beneficial.
  • Advanced English reading and writing skills (B2/C1 level).
  • Demonstrated proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • A distraction-free home work environment is necessary.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
