Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential leads, foster a positive relationship with sellers, and facilitate communication between our company and the sellers. You will gather essential property details and schedule calls for our Acquisitions Specialists.
Individuals in this role are crucial to our business's expansion and success. We are committed to equipping you with the necessary tools, training, and support to excel in your position.
No prior experience in real estate is required. We welcome applications from seasoned Sales Representatives, Cold Callers, and Call Center Agents. While experience in real estate is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
We provide ongoing training to help you achieve your professional goals and advance within our company.
This position offers significant rewards for candidates with a proactive attitude.
Compensation: Base Salary ranging from $700 to $1000 USD, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
Work schedules typically range from 40 to 48 hours per week, with flexibility based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct a minimum of 150 cold calls daily
- Schedule at least 5 appointments each day
- Establish rapport with prospects and clients to address objections and gather property information
- Complete submission forms in accordance with company procedures
- Share your deals on internal communication platforms and collaborate with Acquisition Specialists
- Maintain accurate records of your progress and leads
- A positive attitude and a strong mindset are essential
- A competitive, confident, and persuasive demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Public Relations, or Negotiation roles
- Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn about the U.S. Real Estate Market
- A degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Real Estate is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with American culture is highly valued
- Type A personalities tend to excel in this role
- Technical Requirements:
- Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload)
- Quality headset
- Quiet workspace with minimal interruptions during work hours
