Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and results-oriented Corporate Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our expanding team at Grove Acquisitions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid history in account management and sales, coupled with experience in the real estate sector. Exceptional organizational abilities are essential for juggling multiple clients, projects, and deadlines effectively, all while thriving in a dynamic environment without losing sight of priorities. A friendly demeanor, efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with clients professionally and thoughtfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with corporate clients within the real estate industry.
  • Comprehend clients' requirements and deliver customized solutions to fulfill their real estate investment goals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide outstanding service and support to clients.
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize transactions to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain client relationships.
  • C1+ proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
