Join Our Dynamic Real Estate Team
We are a results-driven real estate organization seeking dedicated individuals who are fluent in English for a full-time role as Real Estate Appointment Coordinators.
Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential leads, foster relationships with sellers, and facilitate communication between our company and the sellers. You will gather essential property details and schedule calls for our Acquisitions Specialists.
As a crucial component of our team's success, you will receive comprehensive training, resources, and ongoing support to excel in your role.
No prior experience in real estate is required We welcome applications from seasoned Sales Representatives, Cold Callers, and Call Center Professionals. While familiarity with the real estate sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
We are committed to your professional development, offering continuous training to help you achieve your personal and career objectives.
This position is highly rewarding for individuals with a proactive mindset.
Compensation: Base Salary ranging from $700 to $1000 USD, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
Work schedules are flexible, typically between 40 to 48 hours per week, and can be adjusted based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct a minimum of 150 cold calls daily
- Schedule at least 5 appointments each day
- Establish rapport with prospects to address objections and collect property information
- Complete submission forms following company procedures
- Communicate effectively with Acquisition Specialists via Slack
- Maintain accurate records of your leads and progress
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential
- Competitive, confident, and persuasive personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Public Relations, or Negotiation roles
- Willingness to learn about the U.S. Real Estate Market
- A degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Real Estate is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with superior phone etiquette
- Familiarity with American culture is a significant advantage
- Type A personalities tend to excel in this role
- Technical Requirements:
- Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20mbps down, 5mbps up)
