Recruitment Process

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will:
  • Lead comprehensive research initiatives, including participant recruitment, communication, study execution, data analysis, and the creation of insightful deliverables that inform design and product strategies.
  • Develop research plans that align with project objectives, timelines, and business requirements.
  • Create various research artifacts such as screeners, guides, scripts, reports, journey maps, persona diagrams, highlight reels, data visualizations, and quantitative summaries.
  • Engage actively in discussions with internal and external stakeholders, presenting findings and securing approvals from cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the establishment of best practices in user research both within UXReactor and for our client-partners.
Qualifications
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related discipline such as psychology, sociology, cognitive science, anthropology, or information science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in conducting UX research to derive insights, identify user needs, and enhance product offerings.
  • Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to empathize with users and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing inclusive participant recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with complex B2B enterprise software across multiple platforms.
  • Basic understanding of effective design principles.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your expertise and previous work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Outstanding presentation abilities.
