Property Researcher

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Property Researcher. As a Property Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and investigations to gather information on properties, which will be used to support our clients in their real estate transactions.

• Conduct research and investigations on properties to gather relevant information
• Utilize various online resources, including Google and county websites, to gather information
• Make phone calls to confirm and obtain information
• Compile reports and send information to clients
• Work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience on the phone (not required but helpful)
• Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
• Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a distraction-free environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Customer service and relationship building skills
• Technical understanding of the real estate industry
