Senior Sales Representative, Distribution

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth in assigned territory or account within a portfolio of business units.
- Manage relationships with customers, aiming to increase Edwards' share of wallet.
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact within a business unit for assigned territory and/or customer and/or distributor base, utilizing a deep understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to Edwards' medical products as it relates to the business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and other influencers, expanding the network in assigned regions to promote Edwards' positioning in the market using creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions, employing tact and diplomacy.
- Develop and close new business opportunities, and identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing an annual plan to achieve regional objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in progressive sales.
- Experience in the medical devices industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience working with distributors.
