**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing sales plans that align with our company's strategic objectives
  • Supervising and motivating a team of sales professionals, setting goals and evaluating performance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions
  • Collaborating with departments such as marketing, engineering, and customer service to ensure a comprehensive offering
  • Providing ongoing training to the sales team on products, sales techniques, and best practices
  • Meeting the financial objectives of the group in terms of efficiency, working capital, functional costs, and more

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • 5 years of experience as a Sales Area Manager and 10 years in roles related to Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Negotiations, Sales Management, and Market Knowledge
  • Technical expertise in mining equipment
  • Preferred experience in managing teams of over 20 people
  • An analytical and structured approach to business, with a strong understanding of financial statements and solid business principles
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year
