About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in this strategic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in Latin America.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing partnerships.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SaaS markets and CRM tools is a plus.
