About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive - Business Development who will work with one of our leading products Proppit (B2B SaaS platform). As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with professional real estate agents and agencies, and driving sales growth through a consultative sales methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and attracting new clients.
  • Expansion of the company's client portfolio, as well as the volume of businesses created.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product to clients.
  • Interact and negotiate with key decision-makers of the client's business in a complex sales cycle.
  • Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool).
  • Adapt to the overall sales strategy defined by the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business.
  • Track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high orientation to achieving objectives.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar will be a plus.
  • Native level of Spanish and professional level of English will be a plus.
